HAPPY CUSTOMER, HAPPY BANK

Well thats what they say… but ask the GANNZTER and I’ll tell you categorically that unless Intercontinental Bank Plc. up their game, soon (could be in years) their shares on the local stock exchange would be worth diddly squat.
One reason why?? Well what kind of bank has a hotline picked up by jobless people!!! This phone number was touted as belonging to the CEO, please call, 08024990000 and hear who picks up.
You can even try 018920121 and pretend you have a problem, see what happens.
What else? I can think of a bunch of other ills but you tell me!!!
Guess what?
I am still banking with Intercuntinental bank Plc - ooops sorry Intercontinental bank.
Why?
So I can save & cause my employer has to pay me into their account. Has their customer care improved since 2007? Not really, but at least it has not gotten worse. Please let’s chat & rant about dodgy Nigerian banks.

Thanks for your observation of the happenings at Intercontinental.
Of recent, to even respond to phone calls has been a problem with Intercontinental. You need to fill Internet/On line Banking Form several times without being able to use the service hence its easy for the fraudsters to take advantage of these ineptitude.
I hope and pray that Intercontinental will wake up to their responsibilities to their Customers rather than priding themselves with Slogan of “Happy Customer, Happy Bank.” They need to feel the impulse of their customers across the board in order to improve their services thereby making their customers happy.
